- Give myself a facial once a month at home.
- Paint my toenails.
- Take my vitamins.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Eat chocolate.

- Be supportive.
- Leave little notes if I leave for work early.
- Make cookies for no reason.
- Tell them I love them everyday.
- Try to be the best mother and wife I know how to be.

- Held a door open for them.
- Told them their car lights were on.
- Smiled.
- Offered to let them cut in front of me in the grocery line.
- Given them my extra coupons.
