My Answer:

Besides finding out I was pregnant 8 weeks ago, I really don't have much to share. :)

Today's Saturday Social Question:

Are you doing anything exciting this weekend?

My Answer:

Today is a busy day for me... this morning we will run errands, and this afternoon I am going to a Wedding Shower for my husbands cousin. Then tonight we have a babysitter and we are going to go see a movie and maybe grab some appetizers. I wish I could get in a nap today, but I don't forsee that happening. This pregnancy has made me really tired! Tomorrow we are finally getting a family portrait taken. Then I finally get to relax. Monday isMemorial Day and as of right now we have no plans... and I like it that way!

Today's Saturday Social Question:

Do you have vacation plans this year?

My Answer:

We do not have any plans this year unfortunately. We were going to go to North Carolina to visit some friends, but our rational side won and we are staying home to save money. We have been working hard to pay off our debts so we can move into a bigger house someday. Hopefully in 3 more years, as long as the market picks up!

Today's Saturday Social Question:

Have you had your wisdom teeth removed?

My Answer:

I have had my wisdom teeth. I had all 4 taken out at the same time when I was 17. I had no problems recovering and it actually was not a bad experience at all. I never had pain, but probably felt woozy when I came to from the anesthesia. My husband just had 3 of his removed today... the last 3. He had 1 removed a year or 2 ago when it was really bothering him. Good times...good times!

Don't get me wrong... I love being pregnant and have prayed for this for so long. But the one thing I could do without is this morning sickness! I thought maybe it was my nerves at first, but it has been weeks now. So I am no longer in denial. It almost seems to be getting worse... before I would feel sick in the morning until about 11 am, then I would be fine. But right now as I type this I am still feeling icky.  It kind of blows because I have to force myself to eat, I don't want to starve my baby inside! That would be a big no-no.

I guess on the plus side of morning sickness I (hopefully) won't gain too much weight this time around! I managed to gain 40 lbs in the short 7 months I was pregnant with my son. Oh my! ;-)

What anniversaries do you celebrate?

My Answer:

We celebrate our wedding anniversaries... both of them ;-) We also sometimes celebrate the anniversary of the day we met... not necessarily with anything big, just a general acknowledgement of that moment.
