Today's Saturday Social Question:
Do you like to cook? What is your best dish?
My Answer:
I do like to cook, but I wish I had more time and creativity to make more intersting dishes. I would say my best dish is meatloaf. It sounds easy, which it is, but it is so yummy. It is made with 3 meats and it is topped with bacon. It is a family hit! There is no ketchup or tomatoes in it like I have seen with other recipes. This is the same meatloaf my mother makes and my grandmother. Yum!

I don't really like to cook. My kids use to be really picky about their food so I got out of the habit of cooking all the time. I cooked to cater to their needs. My best dish is baked chicken with lipton soup.
