Today's Saturday Social Question:

Do you like to cook? What is your best dish?

My Answer:

I do like to cook, but I wish I had more time and creativity to make more intersting dishes. I would say my best dish is meatloaf. It sounds easy, which it is, but it is so yummy. It is made with 3 meats and it is topped with bacon. It is a family hit! There is no ketchup or tomatoes in it like I have seen with other recipes. This is the same meatloaf my mother makes and my grandmother. Yum!

Today's Saturday Social Question:

Are you doing anything for Halloween?

My Answer:

We are going to take Mikey out trick or treating for a little bit. He will be dressing up as a Monkey this year. His costume is really cute! We won't go to too many houses because Mikey will not be eating the candy, but Mommy and Daddy will be... so I don't want to overindulge!

Oh My Gosh! I went to the NKOTB concert on Friday the 3rd in Cleveland and it was SO MUCH FUN!!! I feel like I am a teenager all over again. The guys did great and they sounded amazing! I so want to go to another concert and scream my head off all over again! All I can say is OMG!!!! 

If you ever liked them and they are coming to your city you must go to the show! Oh My God they are just as hot as ever, and I must say I have been a lifetime Joey fan, but I also now am a Jordan fan after his Baby I Believe in You performance ;-) Oh my, I want to see them again!

Today's Saturday Social Question:

Do you like popcorn? What is your favorite way to make it?

My Answer:

I do like popcorn! We used to make a lot of microwave popcorn, but then there was a report of a cancer link and we got scared and hadn't made it in a long time. Well I went out and bought some popcorn kernels the other day and brought them home and put them in our hot air popper. My 2.5 year old son was so amazed to watch it pop. He loves popcorn! It was so yummy!
